The Unexpected Leave-In Conditioner I Can't Live Without

The Only Leave-In Conditioner I Use: Pure Aloe Vera Gel I’ve been using pure aloe vera gel as a leave-in conditioner, and honestly, it’s one of the best things I’ve done for my hair. After I shower, I gently squeeze the water out of my hair using a cotton t-shirt (way better than a towel, less frizz). Something I’ve come back to now that I’m learning how to create my own rhythms of healing. I call this collection my Apothecary Tool Belt, a little blend of magic, intention, and natural wisdom for the everyday healer, dreamer, or curious beginner. It’s not about perfection or knowing everything. It’s about giving yourself the tools to listen to your body, tend to your energy, and soften into your nervous system without reaching for alcohol, pills, or other quick fixes that throw off your na...
