 DIY Shower Door Cleaning Paste:

Sparkling Clean Without the

Harsh Chemicals

Shower doors can get grimy fast, thanks to soap scum, hard water stains, and

mineral buildup. While store-bought cleaners might get the job done, they're

often loaded with chemicals that can irritate your skin, lungs, and even

damage your bathroom surfaces over time. Plus, rinsing those chemicals

down the drain isn't great for the environment.

This natural cleaning paste is tough on grime but gentle on surfaces-and it's

made with ingredients you probably already have at home!

Why Choose Natural?

Safe for Your Health: No harsh fumes or skin irritation.

Better for the Environment: Ingredients like baking soda and salt break

down safely.

Budget-Friendly: No need to buy expensive specialty cleaners.

Ingredients:

White Distilled Vinegar (loosens grime and dissolves soap scum) This one is my go-to for all my DIY natural cleaners!

1/2 cup Baking Soda (mild abrasive that deodorizes) I recommend this one if you need it in bulk.

1/2 cup Salt (adds scrubbing power) I use sea salt; this one is an affordable option!

Water (just enough to form a paste) Try this one...Just kidding. I just use tap water.

Instructions:

- Spray your shower doors thoroughly with white vinegar and let it sit for a

few minutes. I use these amber spray bottles. It's great for easy application and for protecting natural ingredients from heat and light exposure.

-In a bowl, mix equal parts baking soda and salt.

-Gradually add water until a thick paste forms.

-Using a soft sponge, apply the paste to the still-wet doors.

- Scrub gently in circular motions to break up grime.

- Rinse well with warm water and wipe dry.

Why It Works:

Vinegar: Breaks down hard water stains and soap scum.

Baking Soda: Gently scrubs without scratching.

Salt: Adds an extra boost of abrasive power to tackle tough spots.

No More Chemical Cleaners

You don't need harsh commercial products to get your shower doors sparkling

clean. This natural paste does the trick without any questionable ingredients,

and it's just as effective--if not more so-than the chemical stuff.

Save the earth and your body by using naturally derived ingredients to clean. :)
